Kathryn Pedersen
Kathryn Pedersen heads up the Mortgage Department at Yampa Valley Bank. She started out in commercial, construction and consumer lending and then opened the mortgage department for Yampa Valley Bank at the end of 2003.
Kathryn, a Colorado native, has over 10 years of lending experience in all facets of lending. She has earned the Colorado Certified Mortgage Broker designation. She has also been named The Affiliate Partner of the Year from the Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS in 2006 and 2007. Katie is the Mortgage Processor on the team. After the proper mortgage program has been determined, Katie takes the loan through underwriting to closing.
